Privacy Notice for Nexovant Public Website

This page explains how information is handled on Nexovant's public website. It uses practical language, does not claim legal completeness, and should be owner-reviewed before final publication.

1. Purpose and scope

This notice applies to this public website and related public forms/pages. It does not replace signed service agreements or client-specific contracts.

2. Who Nexovant is

Nexovant is a Taiwan-based technology organization focused on digital operations, reliability, and implementation support.

3. Information from contact forms

When you submit a contact request, we may process your name, email address, company (if provided), and message so we can respond to your inquiry.

4. Information from Free Snapshot

When you run the Free Snapshot, we may process submitted website targets and limited public-check outputs to provide teaser findings and support safe operation.

5. Technical, security, and abuse-prevention records

We may keep limited technical and abuse-prevention records (for example request and validation signals) to protect service reliability, reduce misuse, and support troubleshooting.

6. How information is used

Information is used to respond to inquiries, provide requested preview checks, maintain platform safety, and improve delivery quality within operational scope.

7. Third-Party Service Providers

Current operations involve the following third-party service providers:

  • Vercel — website hosting and serverless function execution (United States)
  • Resend — transactional email delivery for contact form responses (United States)
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — bot detection and abuse prevention on contact forms (United States)
  • Upstash — rate limiting and operational record storage (United States/EU)

These providers process only the minimum data required to perform their respective functions. Nexovant does not authorise these providers to use your data for their own purposes. Provider arrangements may evolve as services develop — this section will be updated accordingly.

8. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 90 days for inquiry handling and follow-up purposes, after which records are reduced or removed.

Abuse-prevention and rate-limiting records are retained for up to 30 days to support platform security and troubleshooting.

Free Snapshot scan records are retained for up to 30 days for operational verification and admin review, after which they are removed from active storage.

Records may be retained longer where required by applicable law or ongoing service agreements.

9. User requests and contact channel

If you have a request about your submitted information, contact Nexovant through the website contact channel so your request can be reviewed and handled appropriately.

10. No-sale statement (current intent)

Based on current public-website operations, Nexovant does not intend to sell personal data. This statement should be owner-reviewed as services evolve.
